Accessibility

Last updated October 5, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser, or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Those guidelines cover how a site works for people who are blind or have low vision, who are deaf or hard of hearing, who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, or who have cognitive or motor disabilities.

What we have done

  • Clear structure. Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and lists, so screen readers can announce them and let you jump between sections.
  • Keyboard access. Every link, button, and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus. The item you are on is always marked with a clear outline as you tab through the page.
  • Readable contrast. Our colours were checked against the WCAG contrast ratios for text.
  • Image descriptions. Images that carry information have text alternatives. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its animations.
  • Large tap targets. Buttons and form controls are sized to be easy to hit on a phone.

Known limitations

The map on our Find Us page is embedded from Google Maps. It is third-party content and we cannot control how accessible it is. The same page lists our full address in plain text, along with direct links to directions in Google Maps and Apple Maps, so you do not need the embedded map to find us.

We test as we build, but no site is perfect. If something gets in your way, we want to hear about it.

Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using any part of this site, or need information in a different format, contact us:

Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days, and we can always take your quote request by phone or email instead of the form.
