Using this website

The content on this site, including text, photographs, and project images, belongs to Opinize Design or is used with permission. You may view and share links to it. Do not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without asking us first.

We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but service descriptions and examples are general. They are not an offer. The details of any job are agreed in its quote.

Do not use the quote form to send spam, malicious files, or anything unlawful. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send us.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information, measurements, and files available when we write them. Unless the quote says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days. If the size, quantity, materials, or scope change, the price may change too, and we will tell you before going ahead.

Payment and turnaround

Deposit and payment terms are set out in your quote. Turnaround starts once we have your approved proof and any deposit the quote requires. Dates we give are our best estimate. Delays in approvals, files, site access, or vehicle drop-off move the finish date with them.

Proofs

Before anything goes into production we send you a proof. Please check it carefully: spelling, phone numbers, addresses, sizes, layout, and colour. That check is your responsibility.

Once you approve a proof, it is final. We produce exactly what was approved. Errors that were on the approved proof are not our responsibility, and correcting them after production is billed as new work.

Colour

Every screen shows colour differently, and printed colour depends on the material, the ink, and the light it is seen in. Printed colour can differ from what you see on a monitor or phone. If an exact match matters, for example a brand colour, tell us before production so we can discuss a physical sample or colour reference.

Artwork you supply

By sending us logos, photos, fonts, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the job. You are responsible for any claim that arises from material you supplied.

We may advise if supplied files are too low in resolution or not suitable for the size requested. Fixing or rebuilding supplied artwork may be quoted separately.

Artwork we create

Who owns custom artwork we design, and whether and how working files are released to you, is set out in your quote. If the quote does not address it, ask us before the job starts.

Vehicle wraps

• Bring the vehicle clean and dry, with no wax, polish, or ceramic coating applied in the days before. Dirt and coatings stop vinyl from bonding properly.
• Wraps stick to the paint underneath. Chips, scratches, rust, repainted panels, and failing clear coat all affect how well a wrap adheres and what happens to the paint when it comes off.
• We are not liable for paint damage that existed before the wrap was applied, or for paint lifting during removal because of the paint condition. We will point out problems we can see before we start.

Installation

For murals, signs, and other on-site work, you are responsible for giving us safe access to the install location at the agreed time, along with power where needed. You are also responsible for any landlord, association, or municipal approvals and sign permits the job requires, unless your quote says we will handle them. If we cannot access the site as scheduled, a return visit may be charged.

Wall surfaces need to be sound, clean, and dry. We will flag problems with the surface, but we are not responsible for failures caused by conditions behind or beneath it.

Limitation of liability

If something we produce is defective because of our error, we will reprint or repair it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or missed event dates.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
