Who we are

This website is run by Opinize Design, 7613 185th St, Tinley Park, IL 60477. We decide what happens to the information collected here. Questions about this policy go to info@opinize.com or (708) 361-5555.

What we collect

When you send the quote form

We receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to price and carry out the work you ask for. Nothing else.

Collected automatically

• IP address. When you submit the form, your IP address is used to block spam and to limit how many submissions can come from one place. It is held only as long as that check needs it and is not stored with your enquiry.
• Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records things like which pages were viewed, the referring site, and the browser and device type, in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own. We do not run advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and we do not use Google Analytics.

The map on our Find Us page is provided by Google. When that map loads, Google may set cookies and collect information under its own policy. If you would rather avoid that, the same page lists our address and plain links to directions.

Who handles your information for us

We use a small number of service providers. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.

• Cloudflare hosts this website, protects it from attacks, runs the Turnstile check on the quote form that tells people from bots, and provides the visit statistics described above. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Resend delivers quote form submissions to us by email. Resend privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365 hosts our business mailbox, where your enquiry is received and stored. Microsoft privacy statement.
• Google provides the embedded map on the Find Us page. Google privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Form submissions live in our business mailbox. We keep them as long as we need to answer your enquiry and complete any work that follows, and for normal business records after that, generally up to two years. Then they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@opinize.com and we will deal with it. We may need to confirm it is really you before acting on a request.

If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, you may have further rights under that law. Contact us the same way and we will respond as that law requires.

Children

This website is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
