How it works

From first call to install.

  1. Step 1

    Send the brief or the file

    Tell us the size, where it will go, and how long it needs to last. If you have artwork, send it. If you do not, we can design it.

  2. Step 2

    File check and proof

    We check every file at its final size and tell you if anything will print soft before it reaches the printer, then send a proof for approval.

  3. Step 3

    Print and finish

    Printed in-house, then hemmed, grommeted, mounted, or trimmed to suit how it will be used.

  4. Step 4

    Pick up or install

    Collect from the shop, or we install window and wall pieces on site.

Questions we get asked.

What file format should I send?

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG) stay sharp at any size. Photos need enough resolution for the final print size. We check every file and tell you before printing if it will not hold up.

Indoor or outdoor, does it matter?

Yes. Outdoor pieces need materials and finishing that stand up to sun, wind, and rain. Tell us where it will hang and for how long and we will specify the right material.

Can you match my brand colours?

Send your brand colour codes if you have them. Screens and printers show colour differently, so for colour-critical work we recommend a printed proof before the full run.
